Zhen Ji
Letting the Wushuang flow through us...
Lived for 26 years since February 21st to grow to be 5'4.5" tall.
Under the mandate of Heaven....
With a Flute at her side, becoming a great Warrior of the Wei.
Against the powers of destruction...
Harnessing the power of Fire to execute a flawless Wushuang Attack
Guiding us in balance of Yin and Yang....
Zhen Ji is a woman who knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to go after it. She was born pampered, which is likely what spurned her need for luxuries and attention in her adult life. She is a vision of beauty and knows it, and definitely uses it to her advantage. She isn’t afraid to fight dirty and use her appearance to throw off her opponents, or to use her sly or poisoned words to poke through their armors. She is a bit self-serving, and considers all the others fighting with the Han as simply allies, nothing more and no one she really ought to concern herself with.
Her pride is a big part of her, and she will do most things to maintain her honor and reputation. She rarely lets anyone in, preferring to offer up a cold and suggestive shoulder. She grew to care a great deal for Cao Pi, despite her initial intentions to stay disinterested, and will listen to him above anyone else if she is beyond reason and going too far. She loves talking to him and anyone else who can keep up with her razor tongue, and isn’t thrilled with the slow “goody-two-shoes” that never offer up anything near to what she dishes out. Their relationship is one that she will rarely speak to anyone about, preferring her private life to remain just that-private. Whatever she hopes to happen between them is kept only to herself, and she would be slow to admit that she wants more from him ever, as she doesn’t want to seem needy.
Her looks are a first priority for this elegant woman, and she would prefer primping to fighting, despite her impressive skills. She gets extremely angry if someone dirties her or ruins her clothing or hair, and often looks at people with a critical eye, going through what she would do to change them, make them more attractive. She knows how attractive she is can distract men, and she isn’t afraid to use that, doing what she must to get ahead. She is a bit power hungry, but the people she cares about can set her straight if she becomes too narrow-minded in this respect.
Zhen Ji is a master of masking any pain or sadness, her face always painted perfectly with a smug smirk or an arched brow, just enough to give her the disinterested calculating look that she knows is an impenetrable armor. One thing that does bother her is if someone tries to make her do something she does not want to do. She is rather stubborn, and if someone thinks they can make her change her mind or convince her that she should do anything she doesn’t want to, she will drag her heels and not move an inch, never giving in to her own medicine. That said, someone could waver her allegiances and “morals” by waving something shiny in front of her, or offering money. She believes currency equals money, and often will barter to get more, and get herself a better vantage point. One thing you must always know-everything she does is for a reason. Ji doesn’t do anything out of the goodness of her heart unless it is for someone she truly loves or respects, usually acting with an ulterior motive.
In regards to Zhong Hui, she finds the fact that she can get under his skin so easily amusing, and will use every opportunity to bother him and tease him, perhaps not taking him or the circumstances they may meet under seriously enough. In reality, she is angry about his disrespect for women who fight on the battlefield, and constantly yearns to prove him wrong, always fighting to win. She finds him arrogant and spiteful, but doesn’t seem to realize that she is the exact same way.
She has no qualms about offending any fuddy-duddys, and speaks freely, often with a layer of sexual innuendo lacing her words. She likes phrasing things to be suggestive, if only to see people squirm when they are made uncomfortable by her forward manner.
With the harmony of Feng Shui....
Poker Face - Lady Gaga
And the guidance of the Divine....
Zhen Ji is a great lover of music. She loves song and dance, and music is one way to get through her initially cold and sharp exterior, if you were trying to win her over. She may seem like a delicate lady, but her finesse in battle is nothing to underestimate and any opponent should go into battle expecting the unexpected, as she is a lover of surprising and confusing her enemies to get ahead.
To where we ended our last journey...
In the Castle, fixing her hair and primping.
