Divided in to four separate kingdoms, these warriors have been fighting a long battle to be the one who unites and rules over China. Bestowed with the power of Wushuang by the Mystics, they are able to harness elemental attacks within their weapons. These elements are as follows:
+Fire: engulfs enemies in flame, dealing gradual damage
+Ice: freezes opponents and their movements
+Lightning: stuns foes, deals great physical damage to stronger ones
+Wind: breaks through enemies' guard, deals great physical damage to stronger foes
+Death: instantly kills weaker enemies, deals great physical damage to stronger foes
If a warrior has enough Chi built up within them, they may unleash an extra powerful attack unique to the individual using it. This attack is called a Wushuang Attack, and allows the warrior to be temporarily invincible (only while performing the special move). Due to the enormous amount of energy such attacks use, it may not be used frequently and will most often leave the user feeling drained. They may need to energize them-self with food or rest shortly after.
Chi is not easy to build up as people expend it on a daily basis. Doing an physical activities uses a portion of your Chi and it take great focus and skill to be able to harness it into a special move. When in battle you must be willing to play on the defense to conserve the precious energy or use special potions that can be mixed before hand. Be wary though, do not take too many of these potions or you may faint in battle and become completely vulnerable to the enemy.
As the Han army appeared these warriors stopped their petty bickering to face a much greater enemy. Han Junjie kidnapped the warlords of all the kingdoms in hopes to get a rise out of the greatest warriors. Some warriors gave in and surrendered to the terrible Mystic while others chose to fight against him for their land. The Shu, Wu and Jin refused to go down without a fight, however, the Wei ultimately decided to join forces with Han Junjie, believing he was powerful enough to not only take over China, but the world.
++Among the Divided armies, everyone has someone they're specifically tied to. Below is an attempt to explain the relationships between everyone.
Cai Wenji is blames Sun Ce for the death of her father and husband. Though it was a fair battle and he hadn't intended to kill them out of an spiteful reason, she continues to give him the blame. Sun Ce himself doesn't even know Cai Wenji exists, but when she meets him she intends to make it sure he knows exactly who she is..
Jiang Wei has always resented and despised Sima Yi. So when his eldest son Sima Shi chose the opposing side (no surprise) he thought it to be the perfect chance to take them down. He feels they are a despicable family, especially considering Sima Yi snaked his way into power.
Sun Shangxiang and Bao Sanniang do not get along. Because of their equally childish and tomboy demeanor they often fight about the silliest things. Bao Sanniang also firmly believes that Sun Shangxiang has been trying to steal Jiang Wei from her (though he doesn't even return her love) ever since the two joined Diao Chan's side.
Wang Yuanji dislikes how disloyal to any faction the wild man, Gan Ning, is. His fickle ways are frowned upon by this proud woman and she especially dislikes his flirtatious attitude. Especially when it's directed at herself. He would often disrespect her and her late husband by blatantly hitting on her in front of him. She is also disappointed with Sima Shi who is her former Brother-in-Law but tries not to concern herself with it too much.
Zhong Hui dispises Zhen Ji who often reminds him of his very brief time in joining the Wei army. She constantly taunts and tease the male who holds no respect for women on the battle field. She enjoys pointing out all the times he's had a lapse in judgment and failed missions for his army.
