Wang Yuanji
Letting the Wushuang flow through us...
Lived for 24 years since November 22nd to grow to be 5'3" tall.
Under the mandate of Heaven....
With Throwing Knives at her side, becoming a great Warrior of the Jin.
Against the powers of destruction...
Harnessing the power of Fire to execute a flawless Wushuang Attack
Guiding us in balance of Yin and Yang....
As a young girl Wang Yuanji was always stuck in lessons of literature, warring arts, and of course more feminine lessons such as cooking, flower arranging and the like. Her father always told her that she must learn such things so she may marry up and be a good wife for her husband, though she could never see such a thing happening. She so hated always being cooped up inside, preferring the beauty and freedom of the nature that was right outside her door.
It wouldn't be until she was a teen that she was allowed free time between her lessons to do as she pleased, though she would most often be found reading under a tree, or simply thinking while admiring the beauty mother nature had to offer. Her father and mother were pleased with their quiet and studious daughter, who seemed to have the manners of the older generation women. Yuanji was very polite and compassionate even to the lowest of the low in their humble little village.
Eventually the war broke out between the kingdoms and the Sima family came into power. When that happened their little town became the territory of the Jin, not that it really mattered to any of the villagers. That is, until one day when Sima Yi and his two sons were riding through, Sima Zhao would spot Yuanji and instantly want her for his own. The female couldn't say the same for him. He was selfish, and lazy and often put off his responsibilities. She didn't think he was deserving of his title, let alone did she believe he actually wanted it. She had no use for someone so useless in her life, but to her dismay her father had already agreed to give her hand.
So, Wang Yuanji was married to Sima Zhao and moved immediately to the Jin castle to be at her husband's side. Though she would remain the proud, conservative, yet empathetic woman that she was, she would show no sympathy to her own husband. She and Sima Shi would often scold the younger Sima and reprimand him for his thoughtless actions. She would often patronize his bad decisions and stress the fact that he needed to think things through more. She would find that Sima Yi would come to her often and apologize for the boys ill will but the explanations and apologies would simply fall on deaf ears. This was because Yuanji understood Sima Zhao and though she thought he could mature a great deal, never did she think he was anything to be ashamed of or apologized for.
So she began to ride with him into battles for the Jin, offering support in her own passive way, as well as subtly guiding him in what to do. It would be here that she would first encounter Gan Ning who would relentlessly flirt with the well figured woman right in front of her husband. Manner-less and rude as an pirate would be, everything about that man rubbed Yuanji the wrong way, and thus began her distaste for him.
After only 2 years of marriage, shortly after turning 23, Wang Yuanji would receive devastating news that would change her life. Her husband was dead. Though she took it in stride on the outside, never showing signs of sorrow and always offering a nurturing smile towards those who did, she was dying on the inside. Behind closed doors she would often cry to herself, or simply stand in the rain where no one would be able to tell the tears. It seemed as though she was just beginning to love him when he was taken away from her.
A year later, without her husband, the Han army appeared and Sima Yi was taken from their kingdom. In a panic Yuanji went to seek the leadership of Sima Shi, but to her dismay found he had joined Han Junjie. To this day she isn't sure why he has but she is determined to get the answer. Joining Diao Chan in the fight against the Han, she hopes to get her answers as well as give Gan Ning of the Bells what he deserves.

And the guidance of the Divine....
Wang Yuanji has a love of nature and rainy weather. Being surrounded by beautiful scenery or relaxed by the gentle sounds of rain make her feel calm in her heart. In the hottest of summers, or the coldest of winters she will always find a way to enjoy the beauty around her even when others are complaining about the temperature. If ever caught admiring such wonder, and lazing about she will become defensive and embarrassed to be caught in such a state.
To where we ended our last journey...
Admiring the Peach Blossoms, thinking of her late husband.
